Marinara Sauce
4 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic flattened
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1 t salt
½ t pepper
small hand full of fresh basil leaves cut into thin strips
Heat olive oil over medium heat with the garlic. Remove the garlic once it has started to brown. Add the tomatoes, salt, and pepper and simmer for 5 min. Mix in the basil and remove from the heat.
Make the Ecco La Pasta Garlic and Parsley pasta according to the directions. Make any preferred ravioli shape. Boil the ravioli gently for 4 min. Drain and top with sauce and Parmesan.
